Food was bursting with flavours - special mention to the tajadas - fried plantain with 2 incredible dipping sauces, a whole new flavour I’d never had. The staff were attentive and friendly and the owner spoke to us about how they started, as well as the preparation they put into all the food with both her and her husband the chef being from Mexico. She spoke with passion about the food, especially the traditional, Mole which they do from scratch. We’ll be back to try the rest of the menu!
